Prior to leading Anka RF, he co-founded and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at ALCAN in Germany, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations. Notably, he pioneered the development of groundbreaking technology that laid the foundation for ALCAN's smart antennas during his doctoral studies at Technical University of Darmstadt.

Dr. Olcen, a distinguished leader in the realm of technology and innovation, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Anka RF. In this pivotal role, Dr. Olcen leads the product development initiative, bringing Anka's groundbreaking antennas to market across various product segments and verticals.

With a wealth of experience and expertise, Dr. Olcen is a a serial entrepreneur. He co-founded and played a crucial role during his tenure as Chief Product Officer at ALCAN, overseeing the company's strategic direction and product development efforts. Having earned a Ph.D. in Electromagnetics and Antenna Design from Syracuse University in New York, Dr. Olcen demonstrates his commitment to advancing the field through rigorous academic pursuits.
